Hi , I'm Having A Lot Of Sinus Problems .

Hi , I'm having a lot of sinus problems . my head hurts o. sscalr of 9 sometimes 10 , then my lungs under my breast hurt only when I'm moving around and doing daily activity on scale of 8 to 9 . I have been taking sinus and cold meds to at least feel better but lately I want to do is sleep . I have left ear pain but it's dull on a scale of 3 to 4 . in the front from my throat under my breast is where I feel pain and I get the headaches and weakness . are there any type of over the counter meds I can take to kill this cold or flu or sinus infection . ive had sinus infections in the pass, and viral infection , and strep before .
