Hi, I'm Having A Soreness Type Of Pain Around My

Hi, I'm having a soreness type of pain around my tailbone area and there's a slight lump. It hurts if I apply pressure with my fingers and it's a little discomforting to sit on for a few minutes. I also checked and I have a reddish line that's about two inches in length at the top of my bum crack, but the skin is not irritated, nor is there any surface pain or cracking from the red line, just a soreness from the lump. Any ideas of what it could be? Too much sitting? Sitting wrong? Or anything else?
