Hi. I'm having issues with my back. Now I'm no stranger to back pain. I had a shot about 3 years ago (the steroid shot) and it seems like the pain is back. Stiffness and pain in my lower back on the left side. Should I go straight and get another shot, or should I go to my orthopedic spine Dr. to have him look around first?
