Hi I’m Having Lots Of Pain In The Middle Left

Hi I’m having lots of pain in the middle left side of my back with lots of burping all day today and couldn’t go to work. I’ve had this before over the last 6 months off and on but not this severe. I’ve taken Gas-X, drunk baking soda and water and had lots of burping but no pain relief
