Im having pimples marks and black marks on my face.....pls tel me which gel I should use.....I was using deriva gel but I can't see any difference.

I had cesarean delivery and my body weight is increasing. ..its been 3 yrs but im unable to reduce my weight specially my Tummy. Pls help me what should I do with it.
