Hi, I'm Having Problem With My Hands And Fingers. It

Hi, I'm having problem with my hands and fingers. It feels numb and have a tingling sensation on the whole hand. I have arthritis on my fingers. My fingers are a bit deform . I work in the medical field as monitor tech, so most useful part of my body at work are my eyes and fingers,(using that mouse). I suspected that this pain got to do with me being diabetic, plus I have thyroid problem and the arthritis in my hands. I think I have me a carpal tunnel too. I wonder what approach will I do. Do I have to see a neurologist or just watch my diet, or take some Ibuprufen. Pls. help , I'm in pain right now while I'm typing this message. And I'm at work. Thanks a lot.
