Hi, Im Having Severe Sharp Stabbing Pain That Comes And

Hi, Im having severe sharp stabbing pain that comes and goes in the area of my gallbladder. I went to the ER and I do not have gallstones and they don't think my gallbladder is inflamed... My urine and bloodwork were fine but im still in horrible pain.
