Hi! I'm Having Some Tenderness On My Head Just Behind

Hi!

I'm having some tenderness on my head just behind my left ear. It's tender to the touch, but doesn't hurt if it's not being touched. It's one little spot, slightly raised. When I touched it though, my hearing in my left ear got a little wonky. I have a history of labyrinthitis, but I don't remember the tender spot being there before and I'm not having balance issues.

Should I make an appointment for this with my primary?
