Hi. Im having some very unusual symptoms and have already scheduled a doctor's appointment but it isn't for another week. I had my period on August 1st, which was normal and lasted about 5 days. Then suddenly on August 20th, I began to bleed again. The first day was moderately heavy, with the 2nd and 3rd day being relatively light. Then it went away. I wondered if my period had come early? (Which never happens) However, I got my regular period on September 1st. It was very heavy up until the 4th day, and as of today (September 8th) it has dwindled down quite a bit.

Aside from bleeding between periods, I can feel pain in my labia minora. I got a flashlight and small mirror today, & I can see two small red circular sores (for lack of a better word) One is just red, the other is red but brownish in the middle. If it weren't for pulling back the labia minora, you wouldn't even see them. It hurts when I pee or have intercourse though. I've also been experiencing abdominal pain, which is not just during my period, but at random times. Sometimes it's a dull, aching pain. Other times it's a shooting pain, mostly on my left side, that just comes and goes.

I gave birth to my daughter in January of 2016. Could this be side effects? The sores I previously mentioned are right in the spot where I received stitches after having her. My delivery was very quick. Less than 30 minutes, and I barely tore. Didnt even receive any type of meds as the delivery was so painless. Could it be that ny stitches didnt heal properly? But then, what could explain the irregular bleeding? Help!!
