Hi, I'm Having The Below Mentioned Power For My Eyes,

Hi, I'm having the below mentioned power for my eyes, since 10 years. I want to undergo LASIK to get 6/6 without glasses. One Ophthalmologist mentioned that I will still have some residue power even after LASIK, as my eye power is less. Is it so ?
Left Eye :
SPH: -1.00, CYL: -0.50, Axis:90
Right Eye :
SPH:-0.75, CYL:-1.00, Axis:90
