Hi I'm having trouble focusing and concentration overall. This is something I've noticed my entire life but never been treated for. I just am really scatter brained and all over the place, for example when doing homework I'll move from one assignment to the next without finishing them cause I can't focus enough to finish one my mind is always on the next thing
