Hi I’m Having Very Bad Paralysis In The Right Side

Hi I’m having very bad paralysis in the right side of my face I can’t move any of my facial features. I also am very sensitive to noise in my right ear, this has been going on for two days. Today I’ve been very nauseous and throwing up I can’t even swallow now without it feeling as though something is stuck in my throat
