Hi, I'm Hoping I Can Find An Easy Answer But

Hi, I'm hoping I can find an easy answer but I know nothing is easy when it comes to menopause, anyway, I was put into medical induced menopause while going through treatment for Leukeamia 8 yrs ago I also had a bone marrow transplant, I was 47 yr young at the time and was having regular periods, I was put on a high dose of HRT Kliogest for 7 yr and last yr, I was put on a lower dose Kliovance.. Now l'm 56 I am trying to stop HRT .. My question is.. Do I wean off or can I stop suddenly.. I'm confused what to and will I get any bleeding breakthrough.. And will I have finished with menopause ???? Thanks.. Tough questions x Theresa
