Hi I'm In A Lot Of Pain I Was Nurse

Hi I'm in a lot of pain I was nurse 15 years as cna damentcha unit took quit a beating almost 3 years ago I had a spine fusion L4 L5 plus degenerate disk disease very very weak left side to where I fall a lot mostly up the stairs to where I had to have knee surgery my manicus was so torn it was flapped over they have to keep going back and draw blood fluid out surgery for that was 9 weeks ago I see pain management monthly I take OxyContin 40mg x2 day Oxycodoneoxycodone x3 a day and he keeps lowering it I have been declared 100% disabled by state and can never work again among either either a.d.d anxiety bad my spine surgeon said I will always be on meds in pain but I'm very active even lost a hundred pounds what do you suggest
