Hi I'm In Hospital At The Moment Since Saturday They

Hi I'm in hospital at the moment since Saturday they are suspecting sepsis. Blood cultures are still growing. I feel so exhausted and I am sweating a lot now without high temp is that normal?

Also been in tarzarzan since Saturday now they want to put me on oral antibiotics but I still don't feel right what can I do. There is a change from Saturday but not a drastic change all i want is just to sleep I still feel cold want to know if it will be ok to be discharged feeling like this don't want to end up coming back.
