Hi, I'm In The Middle Stages Of A Migraine Coming

Hi, I'm in the middle stages of a migraine coming on. I prefer not to take the heavier medicine, if I don't need it. So I started with 600 mg of Ibuprofen, then added a 1000 mg of tylenol, when still no effect, took 2 Butalbitol/acetimenophen/caffeine tables, however when still no effect, am contemplating Relpax, but unsure if that's wise after taking all of the others. I don't want to have any serious issues, but also want out of the pain...
