Hi I'm Just A Bit Concerned With Something That Just

Hi I'm just a bit concerned with something that just started happening. I've been raised with loud voices in my home everyone is loud Lol. Just a few time these screeches happens in my right ear. Like for instance when my husband is having a good time with his friends and they get loud as men do at times this screeching in my ear begings to happen, so i find myself having to put my finger in my ear to prevent there loudness from blowing my ear out. What do you think that could be?
