Hi I'm Just Wondering I Had A Baby Girl A

Hi I'm just wondering I had a baby girl a bit over 5 weeks ago she was a ten pound 5 baby I had second degree tear. I stopped bleeding about 10 days ago and this morning I've woken up with what I think is my period but it's extremely heavy and I've had a few small blood clots. Is this normal or should I be worried?
