Hi I'm Just Wondering If I Need To Go See

Hi I'm just wondering if I need to go see a dr about this. I have a cold and at one point I sneezed and my right ear felt like it plugged up. When I tilt to that side it seems to clear up but it also kinda hurts. Is that an ear infection or did I just burst my ear drum?
