Hi I’m Just Wondering If You Can Help Me I

Hi I’m just wondering if you can help me I have joint hypermobility and get a lot of pain because of it I have been to physio and the hospital/doctors and they can do anything for the pain only take paracetamol/ibuprofen but that doesn’t even touch the pain when I get it bad I can’t even move cause of it the pain is a burning pain in my left shoulder and my left arm goes numb and tingling and I get a extreme sharp pain in my chest when I move and breath and I can’t move my neck because of it I normally get it once a month but it last for about a week hopefully someone can tell me what it is and how to get rid of it cause the physio doctors and hospital have no idea what it is thank you
