Hi, I'm Karen. My Daughter Has Very Strong Almost Unbearable

Hi, I'm karen. My daughter has very strong almost unbearable smell when she wee's. She's 19 she doesn't have a UTI as we have checked with the Dr, she takes no vitamins, doesn't eat vegetables or any meat, she drinks water most of the time and her we is cloudy. What do you think?
