Hi I'm looking advice i changed pill to lygnon and this is my first week free I am 3 days in to my pill free week and no period and no signs of it.. Ibe an understand give thyroid and this kill is the first one that has helped me big now I'm scared cause I've got no period.. Please advise xxxxx
