Hi I'm looking for some medical advice.
I haven't been able to talk properly for a few days now and within a week leading up my glands have been swollen, I'm having trouble swallowing food and saliva and my voice sound really husky or even like a pitchy whisper when trying to talk and it hurts! When I lay on my back I can hear the rough sounding breathing and almost like my breath is crackaling in my lungs! How do I distinguish the difference between a normal throat infection and throats/lung cancer?
