Hi I'm Looking To See Why I Have A Itchy

Hi I'm looking to see why I have a itchy stomach. I know a have a small belly that I need to work at to lose weight etc but why is it itchy ? It's like a full stomach and more itchy on my left hand side?
There is no rash or anything that a changed doing or eating
