Hi, I'm Male, I Was Exposed To Unprotected Oral 5

Hi,
I'm male, I was exposed to unprotected oral 5 months back, I did my Syphilis RPR test (DX) W/Reflex Titer AND Confirmatory testing after 5 months of the exposure and the result came Negative, I also did the other tests below which came Negative.
1) I'm kind of worried that if these test are conclusive after 5 months or at which month these tests can be conclusive?
2) I have one Chancres/Ulcer in my Lip and Tongue, not sure if it might be because of Syphilis?
3) I kind of feel the pain in my Testicular and worried about Chlamydia and Gonorrhoeae.
4) I didn't take Trichomonas test, can you please let me know if Oral or Touching the Vaigina passes it, do you think I need to test for it?
5) I took the test for HSV 1 and HSV 2? can you please let me know if this is also conclusive after 5 months?
6) I took the test for HIV-1/2 4th Gen, can you please let me know if this is also conclusive after 5 months?
6) I took the test for Hepatitis A, B & C, can you please let me know if this is also conclusive after 5 months?

Hepatitis B Core Ab, IgM
Hepatitis C Virus Ab
