Hi, I'm Menopausal For Two Years Now And Getting Very

Hi,
I'm menopausal for two years now and getting very dry, last week I've experienced some pain while urinating, my GP checked my urine and came back ok, for two days now I can see blood on the tissue after urinating, I've started using vagisil cream from last night, but the amount of blood on the tissue is more than before and is bright red. Since last night some weird like period pain started as well, I'm getting worried by now, can you please tell me what should I do?
