Hi I'm Not Sure If I Have The Right Kind

Hi I'm not sure if I have the right kind of doc but ill ask anyway. About a yr ago i started having blood in my stool and on the toilet paper, since then my stool has become like a clear mucus not all the time but enough to remember it also feels like i have so much to pass but then i pass a tiny bit, i have pain around my kidney and lower back areas. I have found a mass at the entrance of my anus sometimes it hurts or feels itchy. Does this sound like hemmoroids? Or is it more likely worse?
