Hi, I'm Not Sure If I Took My Tampin Out

Hi, I'm not sure if I took my tampin out though I think I did but I read online to do everything possible to check if I indeed have something stuck. I found and felt nothing but I noticed my vagina opening is swollen at the bottom . It doesn't hurt though and I have no symptoms . What could it be
