Hi. Im Not Sure Whether I Got Yeast Infection Or

Hi. Im not sure whether i got yeast infection or not but the symptoms that i got indicate to that. First I notice i got skin fungal infection in pubic area after my menstruation (which i self diagnose) because i once got fungal infection at leg when i 12y/o. The features are same. Flatted red spot with define border. I got topical antifungal and the lesion on my skin subsides within 3 weeks. Along the 3 weeks i got vaginal irritation and cheese like vaginal secretion. So is it vaginal yeast infection? 3 months ago i took primolut tabs
