Hi, I'm Now 14 And Have Been Going Through Puberty

Hi, I'm now 14 and have been going through puberty for about a Year and a half. My nipples are really long. I have had the time where sore breast tissue develops and makes everything sore. That has past and my nipples are very pointy/long. I am super embarrassed at this fact. I feel super self conscious about the issue. Any help would be great thanks.
