Hi I'm Off O/seas Tomorrow & Need To Take Some

Hi I'm off o/seas tomorrow & need to take some inflammatory tablets, I've found some meloxicam tablets, which were prescribed for me early last year, can I still take them? I am aware that the strength of the tablet may not be there. Thanks I await your reply.
