Hi I'm On Antibiotics For An Infected Blocked Tear Duct

Hi I'm on antibiotics for an infected blocked tear duct this is 3rd day... my upper cheek and eye lid was very swollen but has gone down alot. This evening tho my lacrimal caruncle has swollen right up and feels extremely enlarged under my skin. It feels like it's pressing against my eyeball and is tender 2 touch. Do I need medical attention as this is a new symptom, or will the antibiotics clear this up.
