Hi, I'm On The Birth Control Nexplanon Ive Had It

Hi, I'm on the birth control nexplanon ive had it for two years now, and I'm a little worried I could be pregnant Ive had a little nausea and vomiting today, I haven't had my period since October first. But I do have brown thick discharge like at the end of a period. I know it's highly unlikely but you never know. I did have some brushing in the nexplanon a little while back but missed the appointment, it still bend it migrated a little in my arm but not by a lot past my incision site.
