Hi, I'm On The Contraceptive Pill But I'm Currently Bleeding

Hi,

I'm on the contraceptive pill but I'm currently bleeding while taking it, I've had this before and switched pill but it has never been as bad as this. I'm constantly tired and always have a headache, often my vision goes blurry too. I'm not sure if this is anything to be concerned about but I am also suffering from a swollen, painful belly after sex.

Can you please help?
