Hi. I'm On The Implant And Had It In For

Hi. I'm on the implant and had it in for 2 years and 6 months so due for it to be taken out. However. I've lately been waking up early hours feeling sick and very cold. Loss of appetite. Feeling quisey on an evening. My stomach looks very round when relaxed. Also I am spotting for 2 days every 2 weeks. I usually have salads but have gone off them too. Is it just my implant running out or normal symptoms.
