Hi I'm Only A Teenager But I Was Wondering For

Hi I'm only a teenager but I was wondering for in the future. My nose has a big bump in it, the ball oft nose is quiet large as well and my lips and up popping out more because of it, or maybe that's another problem. Will I grow out of my nose or will it just always be a big wide thing on my face that always brings my self esteem down? I can send you pictures of it if you'd like
