Should I Be Worried About Having Two Periods This Month When My USG Shows Multiple Fibroids And A Small Ovarian Cyst?

Hi. Im peri menopausal. This month i had period twice in one month. Should i be worried? I have done usg of my abdomen. It says the following The uterus is retroverted, bulky measuring 8.1 x 6 x 4.7 cm and shows a heterogenous myometrial echotexture, due to presence of multiple intramural and subserous fibroids, as follows: • Largest one, measuring 2.2 x 1.5 * 1.1 cm, is intramural, seen in left posterior wall. This fibroid is seen to displace and encroach the endometrial canal (FIGO type 2). • Submucous fibroid measuring 9 x 6 mm (FIGO type 1). • Few smaller seedling intramural fibroids are also noted The Endometrium is normal in calibre, measuring 13 mm and shows a normal echotexture Left ovary is normal in size, measuring 2.9 x 2.9 x 1.7 cm (volume 8 cc) but shows a small cyst, measuring 1.9 x 1.8 x 1.6 cm (volume 3 cc). This cyst has slightly irregular walls. There are internal echoes with a fibrinous strands within it. Color Doppler examination showed mild flow in the cyst walls, showing a low resistance type of flow pattern. Right ovary measures 1.8 x 1.6 x 0.9 cm (Volume 1 cc) appears atrophic. There is no evidence of any free fluid seen in the Pouch of Douglas. Should i be worried?
