Hi! I'm Quite In Tune With My Body So I

Hi! I'm quite in tune with my body so i know something is up. I have had a fever for the last couple of weeks but only around my stomach area my whole abdominal region is really hot in comparison to the rest of my body and i get dehydrated quickly and feel weak and fatigued.

Another thing when drink water my heart beats rapidly fast for no reason
can someone help?
