Hi, I'm Recovering, After A Couple Weeks, From What The

Hi, I'm recovering, after a couple weeks, from what the doctor diagnosed as gastritis and acid reflux. I had to go to the emergency ward due to dehydration and severe nausea. I'm currently taking prescription Prilosec and Pepcid ac. They did an ultrasound to rule out gall stones. I still experience nausea, though I'm not actually vomiting anymore. Could my gallbladder be inflamed? And how long will this nausea persist(I'm watching my diet)? And when will I be able to eat a normal diet without getting ill?
