Hi! Im Sana Jawed! I Got An Issue With My

Hi! Im sana jawed! I got an issue with my tongue. I got an infection two years ago and it infected my whole mouth including my tongue. And I couldn't eat and talk for two months. Well the infection got better but it left black spots. And my tongue have black patches now which is really uncomfortable. I went to see some ENT specialists but they did useless things. I don't talk now because of it. Anyone can help me out.??
