Hi I'm Sorry To Bother But I Am Having Trouble

Hi I'm sorry to bother but I am having trouble finding my answers. I am on 150mg of zoloft I've been on it for 2yrs. I can no longer afford health insurance and my doctor stop my prescription because I cannot afford to make an appointment. I am on day 4 and a rack, I'm dizzy with bad dizzy spells, I'm clumsy, I am both physically and mentally uncomfortable. I don't know what to do.
