Hi, I'm Suppose To Have My Period 21th Of This

Hi, I'm suppose to have my period 21th of this month but no period so I took mistoprotol, quinine and ampiclox yersterday night after some hours I started bleeding but not much and now the bleeding is no more but I still feel some pains in my lower abdomen what do you advice me to do.. thank
