Hi. I'm Taking Trileptal 300mg 3 Times A Day And

Hi. I'm taking Trileptal 300mg 3 times a day and Effexor 75mg morning and then 37.5mg at night..... I have been feeling like I'm turing ups from the inside out , get dizzy, hard time sleeping 2-3 hour spurts, bad dreams if I do sleep, irrupted, confusion, hard time concentrating. I just started taking the dozes on 11/09/16. ( increase on 300mg and today 37.5) these symptoms I have been feeling the last couple of days.
