Hi I'm Taking Bisoprolol Ramipril And Rivaroxaban Tablets For Arterial

Hi I'm taking bisoprolol ramipril and rivaroxaban tablets for arterial fibalation , I have had it shocked back into time and is ok but the doctor is keeping me on these tablets as a precaution but I find I i since developed a problem in sexual arousel ! Are these pills to blame ? And what can I do to cure this thanks .
