Hi I'm Taking Cerazettes Pills And My Period Had Been

Hi I'm taking cerazettes pills and my period had been changed. I didn't have my period last month, I'm having period pain few days and just had a bit of blood for 1 day that's it. Now I'm worried if I'm pregnant, i did the pregnancy test once and it's negative. How can i make sure I'm not pregnant? Thank you
