Hi! I'm Taking Ethambutol, Rifampicin, And Isoniazid Since I Got

Hi! I'm taking ethambutol, rifampicin, and isoniazid since I got confined due to pneumonia. I have a clear skin before I take these medicines. But ever since I take those medicines I got these pimples allover my face. My doctor advised me to take those for 6 months. Im on my 5th month of medication, will these pimples be gone after taking my medication. Is there any way to avoid these side effects while im on my medication? Please give me an advice.
