Hi I'm the rn for a 95 yr old 124 lb lady in good health until a month ago. A-fib Htn toprol xl 100mg Qd ordered Htn has not been wnl I gave her her next dose early bp pulse really high, she was diaphoretic. Bp pulse stablized do you recommend increasing the dose or adding plendil or another drug? Thanks theresa
