Hi I'm Trying To Convince I Have Ovulated Just Waiting

Hi I'm trying to convince I have ovulated just waiting to see if I get my period in 10days roughly however I had thrush a few weeks ago and since I have developed a painful cervix/uterus! I've been checking its position however if I push slightly on it it's painful my lower abdomen feels pressured and hurts when I cough however doesn't hurt when I push on my lower abdomen. It is also painful if my husband goes deep inside me like a stabbing pain. Can you help?
