Hi. I'm Trying To Get Pregnant. So I Have Nexaplanon

Hi. I'm trying to get pregnant. So I have nexaplanon in my arm for only 3 weeks and had it removed yesterday. I was told I'd ovulate within the next few days then I'd have a normal period soon. Since sperm lives in the vaguba for 5-7 days and I had sex right after it was removed I should be able to get pregnant right? (They told me it'll stop working as soon as it was removed) so I've already heart that it takes three months to go back to normal. But it doesn't with nexaplanon it just takes 24 hrs. Then I could start ovulating.
