Hi I'm Ttc My #3 Child My Second Pregnancy Ended

Hi I'm ttc my #3 child my second pregnancy ended in a ectopic resulting in my left tube being removed. I'm tracking my ovulation closely I had light pink spots twice when I wiped none after that but slight cramps and tugging feeling. I've tooken a test today at home negative so is there a chance I can still have the symptoms and be pregnant and just testing early (6 days til period )?
